Soccer again....

Tonight was another soccer game. We didn't win tonight, but the kids had fun. Kylan had a little too much fun. He acts sooo silly out there, and it drives me NUTS!!!! Not a lot has been going on, so not much to blog about. We have a field trip on Thursday so I should be able to take some pics of Kylan. His Meme is going with him. It will be nice to experience the first field trip with him since all Kindergarten is going. I won't be with him at all times, but am going to try to atleast get a few snapshots.

Happy Birthday to me!

Today we (us 4 and the Wright family) went to the Children's Museum. It was a blast (even for the kids, lol!) We had a GREAT time spending time with great friends. We went and ate at Applebee's and headed home. I got lots of cute pics today. I also got lots of birthday wishes (thanks to you all.) Tonight John took me to the movies for my birthday. We saw Eagle Eye and personally, I thought it was AWESOME! Then again, I love those edge of your seat, action packed, thrillers. I could have seen it again right after it went off. Anyway, I had a great birthday and only hope they are all as good as today. I will post the pictures tomorrow!

Pump it up!

Soooo glad it is FRIDAY!!!! We had lots of fun today at school. The kids were wild, but it was a snack day and we did fun Johnny Appleseed activities all day. Our parent coordinator got some cute shots of Kylan and is suppose to email them to me. I will post them when she does. Of all days, I forgot my camera. Anyway, after school we headed to the Sample boys birthday party. We got there to find that Jace was too little (had to be 2) and he was wanting to get down and roam. We didn't think it was quite fair to make hold him the whole time. Stacy said it was fine to leave Kylan (thanks girl) so we headed off to grab a bite to eat and run to Target. We got back just in time for the party to end and then headed to Walmart to get some groceries. Tomorrow we are suppose to head to the Children's Museaum, but Kylan and I are feeling a little strange. Hopefully it is nothing, but there has been A LOT of crazy bugs going around school. Say a little prayer for us all!

Terrific Tuesday!

Today was a really nice day. Jace has not cried the last two days when I dropped him off at school, which is always a plus. My kiddos at school were really good today. They even won an award at lunch for being the best Kindergarten table. After school, the boys and I headed to see my friend Bradley's sweet baby boy Mack. I only wished that I could have held him longer. Jace was getting jealous, and I just didn't want him to accidentally hurt sweet Mack. Mack is such a cutie pie. I wish that I would have had my camera with me. Kylan acted like he owned the place, making himself comfy by flipping on the couches, eating their food, etc. (Sorry Bradley) After our nice visit we headed home long enough to grab a quick snack and change for Kylan's second soccer game. My parents rode with us to the game. My dad was so great. He chased Jace all around for me, so that I actually got to watch the game. Kylan had an AWESOME night! They won by at least 5 points (sorry, I lost score.) Kylan made 3 goals, and played excellent teamwork to score 1 or 2 more. I was SOOOOOO proud of him. We then chatted with lots of people while Kylan ate his snowcone for the night. Now we are at home, about to do the whole bedtime routine. Just wanted to post a few pictures from the game tonight.

So it begins...

SOCCER!!! The first game of the short season started tonight. The kids did really well, especially considering they have only practiced twice. John is helping the coach, which I am proud of. I think it helps Kylan feel that what he is doing is atleast important enough for his dad to be involved. Kylan likes to act silly out there but atleast he had a good time. I love watching them play. We did get STOMPED tonight, but they don't really keep score. Good thing though! We have another game tomorrow night. It keeps us busy, but it is a lot of fun. Kylan recieved his snowcone as promised after the game. I am posting pics from the game tonight. The one of Jace is a new trick (sounds like he is a puppy huh?) that John, Kylan and Gatlin taught him. It is to lean back as far as he can. Boys will be boys!!! The other pic. is another order that I finished up on. They don't coordinate, but still are all out of really cute fabric.
