These are some of our family pics. They aren't very good b/c I don't have a scanner so was taking pictures of the pictures. You can tell from the wierd spots and the lighting.
Okay so first off we had a very uneventful morning, which isn't a bad thing. Kylan and I decided to read up about beavers, that were in his Your Big Backyard magazines that he gets every month. He learned some very interesting facts about them and then we played a beaver game that was in the magazine as well. It also had directions for making snack beaver lodges. We decided that would be a fun thing to do. He was proud of them. I then got a call that our family pictures came in, so off I went to get them. I also ran to the fabric store and got a couple of yards of fabric for projects. We got home from there and I started cooking supper. That it when we got a very serious call from my mom in law. John's brother's wife Dalyn was admitted to the hospital last night for shortness of breath. To make a long story short, when she had Cameron it triggered a heart condition. She has been on blood pressure meds and some other medicine, which she will have to be on the rest of her life. For some reason her heart is not pumping out what it is suppose to. It is only pumping out 30% of her blood. I don't know all the correct terms and such so I am just giving out what I have heard. Anyway, she was told she would only have to stay overnight for observation while they are pumping some of the fluid that is on her body out of her. Well tonight a MD came in and told her that her heart was in serious condition and that she would need a heart transplant. He said it could be a month or it could be a year, we just don't know. We are very concerned, but bothered that a MD told her this and not a cardiologist. We just found this out from a second phone call. So, in other words a heart specialist has not even looked at her yet, so we really don't know how serious her condition is. It all sounds very scary. John's parents and Dalyn's parents are going to alternate having Cameron for now. We aren't even sure how long she will be in the hospital. Hopefully we will know more tomorrow. We really wanted to be at the hospital tonight, but thought that it would best to stay out of the way. This is a lot for them to digest and John's brother isn't the type to want company until he knows what is going on. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Dalyn is younger than me, and Cameron is just 6 months old and needs his mommy. Thank you!!!

The pictures look great! I love the one with the chair in the best! I will be praying for John's sister.
Cute pictures! We should go have some taken...the only one we have is from our church directory w/ an ugly blue backdrop!
We'll be praying for your family, hopefully she will be seen by a specialist and get some better news.
