Update

Today I was planning on taking the boys to the $1 movie, but Kylan decided he didn't want to go. I then decided that we would go to the library instead. I had to turn in Kylan's books from the last time anyway, and they do the summer program on Tues. at 10:00, or so I thought. We got there at around 10:07 (late of course) to find out that it is t 11:00. Whoops! I had to go to town so we couldn't wait around. I did let him get around 10 books to take home for us to read this week and he got prizes for all the books he has been reading with me. I ran my errands in town and decided that it would be nice to visit with Angela and her girls. I hate that I didn't have my camera, the batteries were charging at home, and I forgot to get them before I left. Jace wanted to lay with the "big kids" so bad. He has been walking so much more, still preferring crawling of course. I then came home to leave again for a workshop at my church for the club I'm in (the old ladies club as Tiff calls it). We are making something for the county fair booth in Aug. It has been a tiring day, however there is some good news at the end of the day. Dalyn is being released from the hospital tomorrow. Her heart is only working at 15-20% now, which is worse, but she did see a specialist. He was upset about what the MD told her. She will eventually have to have a transplant, but it is possible that it won't be atleast until another year to 5 years. He said it all depended on how well she took care of herself. She is now to walk daily, watch her diet/weight, stop smoking, not have any more children, and not to be alone with the baby. These are a lot of "to do" things, but hopefully she will realize that this is what will help her not get worse, for her sake and Cameron's sake. She was automatically placed on disability, and will be for the rest of her life because her condition is so severe. In fact even Cameron will draw it as well, since Dalyn can't work. The doc. couldn't believe how damaged her heart is, especially with her young age. SOOOOO, please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers. This is something that is not life threatening yet, however it is not something that is not going to go away. To me it doesn't even seem possible that she can go home as bad as they say it is, but hey they are the specialist, not me. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers, you guys are greatly appreciated!

It is good that she doesn't have to have a transplant right away. I hope that she is able to take care of herself and enjoy her baby. Sorry I didn't make it to the meeting.. let me know when the next one is and I will begin my "official membership". I came across a ton of fabric that I can use for stockings.
